There are a number of steps you can take to help minimize and prevent underarm odor, which may alleviate any concerns you may have about the condition.

If you are prone to profuse and odorous perspiration there could be an underlying hormonal or physiological cause, but using deodorizing body oil after a a bath helps. Make up the formula below or use the oils listed to make your own massage formula. Use all over the body after a bath:

DEODORIZE YOUR BODY OIL

  • Sage  15 drops
  • Thyme 10 drops
  • Eucalyptus 5drop
  • Peppermint 5 drops

Diluted in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (Sunflower Oil; almond Oil; Apricot oil)
